Cylindrical roller bearings have a variety of designs, series, variants and sizes. The main design difference lies in the number of rollers and the design and material of the inner/outer ring flange and cage.

The bearing can meet the application challenges of radial heavy load and high speed. Adapt to axial displacement (except for bearings with flanges on the inner and outer rings). They provide high rigidity, low friction and long service life.

Cylindrical roller bearings are also available in sealed or split designs. In sealed bearings, the rollers are protected against pollution, water and dust, and the lubricant is retained while the pollution is eliminated. This results in lower friction and longer service life. Split bearings are mainly used for bearing configurations that are difficult to reach, such as crankshaft, which can simplify maintenance and replacement.

NU type single-row cylindrical roller bearing

Single-row cylindrical roller bearings are designed to withstand radial heavy loads and high-speed applications. NU type bearing outer ring is equipped with integral ribs on both sides, and inner ring has no ribs, allowing two-way axial displacement. An important feature is the separable design, which is helpful for installation, and all parts of the bearing can be interchanged.
