Specific handling methods for high bearing temperature

If the temperature of the deep groove ball bearing is too high, when the temperature of the deep groove ball bearing increases, the first step is to determine whether it has acted incorrectly. If it does increase, the following measures should be taken:
(1) Check whether the cooling water pressure, water flow, and pipeline system are normal. If the water pressure is low, it may be due to filter blockage and cannot be dealt with in a timely manner. When it is confirmed that it can work, it can be shut down and put into use.
(2) The oil pressure of the governor should be checked. If the oil pressure is low, it may cause the cooling water hydraulic valve to close.
(3) Check for any abnormal sounds in the bearings and check for any abnormalities in the swing of the deep groove ball bearings.
(4) Take an oil sample to observe if there is any change in the color of the oil, and conduct laboratory tests to see if it has deteriorated. If deterioration is confirmed, the machine should be shut down and replaced with new oil.
(5) Check whether the oil level of the oil level gauge is normal. If it is not normal, check whether the oil drain valve of the oil tank is tightly closed. If it has been tightly closed, oil should be replenished. If the sealant pad leaks oil, it should be shut down for processing.
When using deep groove ball bearings, if we find that the temperature is very high, we should stop the equipment immediately, identify the cause, and follow the solution provided above. However, due to the different reasons for the heating of deep groove ball bearings, the solution may also be different. Therefore, it is still necessary to treat the situation specifically and complete it with the help of technical personnel.
(1) Fat filling method
The so-called grease filling method refers to regularly filling an appropriate amount of lubricating grease into the working surface of the bearing, which is a commonly used grease lubrication method.
(2) Oil cup method
The oil cup method is to install a rotating cap type oil cup or pressure oil cup on the bearing seat, and regularly rotate the rotating cap or use an oil gun to inject grease. This is also a commonly used grease lubrication method.
(3) Pressure grease supply method
The pressure grease supply method relies on a lubricating grease pump to supply grease. At this point, lubricating grease with good fluidity should be selected.
(4) Centralized fat supply method
The centralized grease supply method uses a lubricating grease pump to simultaneously supply grease to various deep groove ball bearings and other components. Similarly, at this point, lubricating grease with good flow resistance, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance should be selected, which is also a pressure supply method
